About the role

Lead retail store operations with responsibility for profitability, brand standards, customer experience and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising, stock availability, store safety and customer service standards.
• Coordinate buying, stock turnover, receiving, pricing, returns and security controls.
• Review monthly profit and loss results, prepare budgets and develop promotional plans.
• Monitor customer feedback and competitor performance and coach staff through daily floor reviews.
• Recruit, train and evaluate the team, manage staffing and succession planning, and ensure HR and safety compliance.
• Maintain permits, IT continuity, financial reports, invoices, credit notes and petty cash administration.

Requirements

The employer specifies a graduate degree and at least 8 years of retail and wholesale experience. Experience with premium fashion brands is essential. Strong leadership, financial management, budgeting, merchandising, stock control, sales and customer service skills are required, together with commercial judgment, KPI delivery, problem solving and communication.
