About the role

Lead project quality assurance and quality control, improving processes, supplier controls and compliance with the project quality plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project quality plan and objectives and coordinate consultant approvals.
• Review technical submittals, materials and method statements and audit suppliers and subcontractors.
• Implement IMS and QMS processes and maintain records, approved forms and change tracking.
• Develop the project training matrix, evaluate staff training and follow through on quality meeting actions.
• Coordinate quality requirements with clients and project management and support HSE initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Lead auditor ISO 9001 or equivalent, or ASQC CQM CQE professional qualification is listed. At least 8 years of experience with 5 in a relevant supervisory position; 2 GCC years are an advantage. Strong quality systems, analytics, team leadership and ERP skills, preferably SAP.
