About the role
Evaluate and coordinate construction materials, technical approvals, testing and procurement requirements for project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Review specifications, material qualification documents, supplier proposals and technical risks.
- Prepare material submittals, subcontractor prequalifications, comparison sheets and consultant submissions.
- Coordinate with construction teams, vendors and consultants to resolve queries and obtain approvals.
- Maintain technical libraries, material schedules and availability tracking and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Ensure regulatory and project compliance and contribute to HSE initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. At least 8 years total experience and 6 relevant years; 3 GCC years are preferred. Knowledge of local and international specifications, civil and architectural material testing, SAP, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with strong research, coordination and analytical skills.
