About the role

An energy services company seeks an experienced supervisor for fracturing and acidizing operations in Al Khobar.

Responsibilities

• Plan fluid-management calculations and execute work to fluid-design parameters and the job plan.
• Guide operators during equipment setup, dismantling and preparation.
• Manage wellsite chemical inventory and support job data collection.
• Coordinate equipment cleaning, repairs and preparation for subsequent jobs.
• Maintain customer relationships and use competency processes to develop staff.
• Lead safety meetings and promote quality, environmental awareness and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience and completion of required competencies.
• Strong service-line skills and understanding of related services.
• Knowledge of HMS, HSE standards, work methods and guidelines.
