About the role

Coordinate cementing service delivery at the well site, lead operators and ensure safe, high quality work for customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan jobs, brief crews, allocate equipment and perform necessary well site calculations.
• Direct service operators and coordinate equipment clean up, repair and preparation for subsequent work.
• Resolve issues within delegated authority and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assess crew performance and train operators while meeting the developmental standards of the service line.
• Support quality improvements and comply with health, safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and typically one year of experience as Service Operator Cementing II. Commercial equipment driving authorization may be required. Effective communication, cementing service skills and understanding of other service functions are necessary.
