Responsibilities
Support recruitment and staff development, review cementing plans before mobilization, supervise service delivery and resolve equipment or operational issues. Conduct safety meetings, monitor service quality and equipment readiness, improve resource use and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements
High school diploma and two years of experience as a Service Supervisor or Service Specialist. Extensive cementing knowledge and the ability to apply HSE and Halliburton Management System procedures.
