About the role

Lead planning activities for industrial operations while supporting delivery performance, coordination, compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, resources, contractors and operational deliverables.
• Monitor productivity and KPIs, resolve delays and prepare progress, technical and cost reports.
• Manage stakeholder communications, risks, corrective action and regulatory HSE compliance.
• Improve workflows, resource utilization, quality and digital reporting.

Requirements

Proven industrial operational, technical, project or planning experience with contractor and stakeholder coordination. Experience in KPI reporting, quality, process improvement and efficiency. Advanced planning processes, ERP, Microsoft Office, dashboards and analytical skills. Primavera, resource planning, cash flow analysis, tracking and revenue forecasting are listed competencies. No minimum number of years or degree is specified.
