About the role
Monitor the quality of architectural construction work against approved drawings, specifications, materials, samples and project quality requirements.

Responsibilities
Review drawings, material submissions, method statements and inspection plans. Inspect blockwork, plastering, flooring, painting, ceilings, doors, facades, waterproofing interfaces and fit out work. Prepare inspection records and quality documentation. Verify materials and mockups, raise nonconformance reports, follow corrective actions, and coordinate with site teams, procurement and consultants. Support snagging and final handover.

Requirements
Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering or a relevant field. Two to five years of experience. Knowledge of construction quality systems, architectural finishes, material inspections, inspection checklists and quality reporting.
