• Monitor partner performance, network compliance scores and capacity reliability.
• Analyze transport workflows, define functional requirements and suggest operational improvements.
• Prepare metrics, forecasts, budgets and management updates.
• Coordinate new projects, partner meetings and issue resolution with operational stakeholders.

Requirements
