Responsibilities

Define strategic priorities and long term targets. Lead annual planning, translate priorities into initiatives and monitor execution. Guide market, competitor and technology research. Lead growth, market entry, diversification, partnership and investment assessments. Prepare executive recommendations, align business unit plans with corporate priorities and establish strategy governance. Manage team resources, performance and capability development, and improve planning and reporting with analytics and digital tools.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. Ten to fifteen years of experience. Competencies include business planning and project management.
