Support residence owners and guests at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Diriyah with concierge services and personalized assistance.

Responsibilities

• Arrange transportation, reservations and other guest services.
• Provide local visitor information and respond to special requests.
• Manage authorized visitor access and process calls and messages.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering and bell or valet teams.
• Maintain shift records and follow property safety and service standards.

Requirements

• Saudi nationals only.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of related experience.
• Luxury hospitality or residential concierge experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience or certification required.
