Riyadh Air is looking for a Tool Stores Coordinator to support inventory, stores and operational activities in Riyadh.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in warehouses, stores, inventory control, logistics, supply chain, spare parts or materials coordination.
Position Summary
The Tool Stores Coordinator will help manage the receipt, storage, issue and tracking of tools, equipment and related materials required by operational teams.
The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring items are stored correctly and supporting the timely availability of equipment.
The successful candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with inventory and record-management systems.
The position will require coordination with maintenance, logistics and other internal departments.
Which profile are we looking for?
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, stores, logistics or supply chain preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Comfortable working with inventory-management or ERP systems.
- Ability to receive, issue and track tools and materials.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and documentation requirements.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field would be an advantage.
- Aviation experience is beneficial but candidates from manufacturing, automotive, industrial, logistics and warehouse environments are also encouraged to apply.
- English communication skills preferred.
