NADEC Foods is looking for a Team Leader – Maintenance to support maintenance activities across its operations in Harad.

This role is suitable for experienced maintenance technicians, supervisors or engineering professionals with backgrounds in manufacturing or industrial operations.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Team Leader will coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities and help ensure equipment remains safe, reliable and available for operations.

The role will involve supporting preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating technicians and responding to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requirements.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Previous team-lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Mechanical, electrical or electromechanical maintenance experience.
• Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance technicians and activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good safety awareness.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• FMCG or food-manufacturing experience would be an advantage.
• English communication skills preferred.
