Lucid Motors is looking for a Service Parts Advisor to support its automotive service operations in Al Khobar.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in automotive spare parts, dealerships, workshops, inventory, customer service or vehicle service operations.

Position Summary

The Service Parts Advisor will support the identification, availability and distribution of parts required by customers and service teams.

The role involves working closely with technicians, service advisors, customers and inventory teams to ensure that the correct parts are available for vehicle servicing and repairs.

The successful candidate should have strong customer-service skills, attention to detail and an interest in the automotive industry.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Experience in automotive spare parts, dealerships, workshops, inventory or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to identify and coordinate required automotive parts.
• Good customer-service and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of vehicle parts or automotive service operations.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Comfortable using computer systems for inventory and parts management.
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors and customers.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience with automotive dealerships or spare-parts distributors would be an advantage.
• English communication skills preferred.
• Arabic communication skills would be an advantage.
