Mondelez International is looking for a Senior HR Manager – KSA to lead and support human resources activities across its Saudi Arabia business.

This opportunity is suitable for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR leadership, business partnering, talent management, organizational development and employee relations.

Position Summary

The Senior HR Manager will work closely with business leaders to support people strategy, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness across Saudi Arabia.

The role will help ensure HR priorities are aligned with business objectives while supporting employee engagement, talent development, performance management and overall HR operations.

The successful candidate should be a strong business partner who can combine strategic HR thinking with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders on HR strategy and workforce priorities.
• Support organizational planning and people initiatives across the Saudi business.
• Lead and support talent management and succession planning activities.
• Drive employee engagement and organizational-development initiatives.
• Support performance-management processes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and HR policies.
• Support leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
• Work closely with regional and global HR teams.
• Support recruitment and workforce planning for key business requirements.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with company standards and local requirements.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Significant experience in Human Resources, preferably within a multinational or large organization.
• Strong HR business-partnering experience.
• Experience working with senior leadership teams.
• Good knowledge of talent management, performance management and organizational development.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and HR operations.
• Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods or a similar industry would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Master’s degree or professional HR qualification would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Saudi labour practices would be beneficial.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Arabic communication skills would be an advantage.
