Arla Foods is looking for a Sales Supervisor – Food Service to support and grow its food-service business in Dammam.

The role is suitable for candidates with experience in FMCG sales, food service, HoReCa, distribution or business-to-business sales.

Position Summary

The Sales Supervisor will manage existing customers while identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The role includes supporting sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements and helping distributors and sales representatives improve commercial performance.

The successful candidate will also support sales planning and ensure customers receive the right products and level of service.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Around 3 years of food-service sales experience preferred.
• Experience in FMCG or related industries.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to coach and support sales teams.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Previous experience in food service, HoReCa or distribution would be an advantage.
