Lucid Motors is looking for a Production Team Lead to support manufacturing activities at its operations in King Abdullah Economic City.

This role is ideal for candidates who have experience supervising production teams, manufacturing employees, technicians, operators or industrial operations.

Position Summary

The Production Team Lead will support day-to-day production activities and help ensure that the team meets operational, quality, productivity and safety expectations.

The role will involve coordinating employees on the production floor, monitoring daily activities, helping resolve operational issues and communicating with supervisors and other departments.

The successful candidate should be comfortable leading people in a fast-moving manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of teamwork, quality and safety.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Experience in manufacturing, production, industrial operations or a related environment.
• Previous team-lead, supervisory or coordination experience is preferred.
• Ability to organize and support employees during daily production activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with operators, technicians and management.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.
• Ability to identify operational problems and support practical solutions.
• Diploma, technical qualification or bachelor’s degree would be an advantage.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
• English communication skills preferred.
• Candidates from FMCG, manufacturing, automotive, industrial, packaging or production environments are encouraged to apply.
