Lucid Motors is looking for a Payroll Analyst to support payroll activities and employee compensation processes in Saudi Arabia.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with backgrounds in payroll, HR operations, accounting, finance or employee administration.

Position Summary

The Payroll Analyst will support accurate and timely payroll processing while helping maintain payroll records and employee information.

The role may involve reviewing payroll data, validating employee information, assisting with salary calculations, allowances and deductions, maintaining payroll documentation and coordinating with HR and Finance teams.

The successful candidate should have strong numerical skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Experience in payroll, HR operations, accounting, finance or employee administration.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and employee records.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and payroll or HR systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Saudi payroll practices and employment regulations would be beneficial.
• English communication skills preferred.
