Arla Foods is looking for a Modern Trade Representative – Field Sales to manage customer relationships and support sales activities across assigned retail customers in Dammam.
This is an attractive opportunity for candidates with experience in FMCG, retail sales, field sales, distribution or customer-service roles.
Position Summary
The Field Sales Representative will visit assigned retail and wholesale customers, generate orders and help ensure Arla products are available to customers.
The role includes maintaining customer relationships, collecting payments where required, coordinating product deliveries and supporting sales performance within the assigned territory.
The representative will also use company systems to record visits, orders and customer information.
Which profile are we looking for?
- Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, retail or distribution preferred.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate orders and follow up with customers.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer and CRM-system knowledge.
- Valid driver’s licence would be beneficial.
- Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
