Arla Foods is looking for a Merchandising Team Leader to manage and support merchandising activities in Abha.

This role is suitable for candidates with FMCG, retail, merchandising or field-sales experience who are comfortable leading teams and working closely with customers.

Position Summary

The Merchandising Team Leader will supervise, motivate and develop a team of merchandisers while ensuring Arla products are displayed effectively across assigned retail outlets.

The role includes planning merchandising routes, monitoring product displays, supporting promotional activities and coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Logistics teams.

Which profile are we looking for?

• University degree or diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG merchandising or sales preferred.
• Previous team-lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good time-management and organizational ability.
• Ability to manage merchandising routes and field teams.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
• Fluent verbal and written Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
