Riyadh Air is looking for a Finance Analyst – Business Partnering to support financial analysis, planning and business decision-making in Riyadh.

Position Summary

The Finance Analyst will support financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and business-planning activities.

The role may involve analysing financial performance, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, supporting forecasts and providing financial information to business teams.

The successful candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented and able to translate financial information into useful business insights.

The role provides an opportunity to work across different business functions within a rapidly developing aviation organization.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis or business planning preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prepare and analyse financial reports.
• Understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues outside the finance department.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems would be an advantage.
• Professional finance qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential.
• English communication skills preferred.
