Lucid Motors is looking for an Assistant Manager – Logistics Operations to support logistics and supply-chain activities at its manufacturing operations in King Abdullah Economic City.

This role offers an opportunity for experienced logistics, warehouse, transportation, supply-chain and operations professionals to join a rapidly growing automotive manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager – Logistics Operations will help coordinate day-to-day logistics activities and support the efficient movement of materials across warehouse, manufacturing and supply-chain operations.

The role may include supporting warehouse activities, transportation coordination, material movement, inventory flow, operational planning and communication with internal teams and external logistics providers.

The successful candidate should have strong organizational and people-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-moving operational environment.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, transportation or manufacturing operations.
• Previous supervisory, team-lead or assistant-management experience preferred.
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Ability to coordinate material movement and operational activities.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, suppliers and internal departments.
• Comfortable working with logistics, ERP, warehouse or inventory systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
• Automotive experience is beneficial but candidates from FMCG, manufacturing, retail distribution, logistics and industrial environments are also encouraged to apply.
• English communication skills preferred.
