About the role

Lead Agile and Scrum adoption across IT and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement and dependency resolution.
• Coach Product Owners, Scrum teams and stakeholders, supporting team development and self organization.
• Track velocity, throughput, cycle time and backlog health through dashboards and management reports.
• Improve Jira or Azure DevOps workflows, delivery standards, training materials and Agile maturity.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Information Management Sciences and Systems or a related field; 6 to 10 years of experience. Competence in application systems analysis and design.
