About the role

Lead project controls across schedule, budget, quality and risk to support delivery within approved scope and cost.

Responsibilities

• Establish project controls strategies, schedules, budgets and performance baselines.
• Lead the controls team, analyze variances and coordinate corrective and risk mitigation actions.
• Report progress, trends and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Align controls with finance, procurement and contracts teams and conduct controls audits and improvement reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience including 5 years in a relevant supervisory role; 2 years in GCC is an advantage. Strong project management, cost estimation, budgeting, analytical and stakeholder skills. Ability to use technology for cost tracking and reporting, with ERP knowledge preferably SAP.
