About the role

Develop and coordinate architectural BIM models and documentation for large scale projects across design, construction and close out.

Responsibilities

• Create Revit models, families, sheets, schedules and coordinated shop drawings.
• Use Navisworks to review federated models, detect clashes and track resolution.
• Apply BIM execution plans, LOD and LOI requirements, naming standards and common data environment controls.
• Check geometry, coordinates, model health and documentation and maintain revision registers.
• Derive quantities, support change and cost reviews, train project users and compile as built BIM handover records.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Architecture or an engineering discipline, with relevant technical certification also listed. At least 4 years in architectural BIM modelling or coordination, with large scale or mega project experience. Hands on model, drawing, clash report, quantity and close out delivery. Complex multidisciplinary regional or international project exposure is preferred.
