About the role

Provide project drafting and BIM modelling support for coordinated construction and installation information.

Responsibilities

• Develop Revit models, families, CAD blocks and project base files.
• Create coordinated composite models, detect hard and soft clashes and produce issue reports.
• Prepare details, quantities, support lists, installation and fabrication drawings.
• Manage model exchanges, linked files, revisions, archives and milestone submittals in line with BIM execution plans.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related technical certificates. Minimum 6 years overall and 3 years of industry or departmental experience; 3 GCC years preferred. At least 2 years each in Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of MEP and fire protection, BIM 360, Navisworks and design visualization. Capability to develop MEP models up to LOD 500.
