About the role

Manage construction teams, subcontractors and resources to deliver projects safely, to specification, within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Control project costs, preliminaries, consumables and inventory commitments.
• Support commercial management, value engineering, variations and contract administration.
• Identify design and tender risks that could lead to claims or disputes and maintain insurance requirements.
• Coordinate workforce mobilization and demobilization and enforce safety procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with a relevant professional qualification listed. At least 8 years of experience including 5 relevant years; 2 GCC years are an advantage. Knowledge of civil construction, budgeting, financial and cost accounting, contract administration, risk and quality HSE environmental management systems. ERP skills, preferably SAP.
