About the role

A manufacturing group seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to deliver EXA Ceramics product advertising, packaging and promotional graphics.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, layouts and visual identities for print and digital channels.
• Produce advertising graphics and maintain the product visual database, including colour correction.
• Lead and coach the design team and maintain brand consistency.
• Work with sales and marketing on packaging concepts.
• Deliver packaging and sales collateral from concept through finished output.
• Monitor schedules, report progress and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage resources, resolve delivery issues and improve design processes.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification.
• Four to six years of experience.
• Competence in design specifications and design tools.
• Ability to supervise colleagues and coordinate marketing design delivery.
