Responsibilities

• Develop sales support processes, policies and reward programmes.
• Manage the C4C customer relationship management system.
• Coordinate marketing activities, customer service and research teams.
• Analyse customers, competitors and deals to support sales decisions.
• Coordinate geographic marketing plans, satellite image budgets and market monitoring.
• Manage surveys and translate findings into recommendations.
• Lead team performance, business planning, budget control and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Skills in sales tools, presentations, promotions, sales calls and closing.
