An electrical manufacturing and engineering group seeks an HR specialist to support employee development, performance and lifecycle processes in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Support career assessments, development needs and career path documentation.
• Coordinate employee transfers and assignments with business stakeholders.
• Administer performance reviews, goals, promotion records and HRMS updates.
• Support probation, termination and separation processes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and follow company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations, relocation, HR programmes, compliance and HRIS systems.
