About the role

Coordinate oil and gas projects involving multiple product service lines and selected third parties. The role may share duties with a senior project manager on larger integrated projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects across at least three product service lines under approved procedures.
• Lead performance reviews and operational problem solving, including service quality investigations and project risk management.
• Promote customer and Halliburton HSE expectations and check well site equipment specifications and current inspection records.
• Organize pre execution and project closeout meetings, monitor service line performance and optimize project delivery.
• Maintain detailed daily operations records in OpenWells, including productive time and nonproductive time classifications.
• Keep procedures current, resolve cross service line issues before invoicing, and communicate lessons learned to project leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field.
• At least 3 years of related experience, including at least 2 years of full time oil and gas experience.
• Strong leadership, client communication, professionalism and ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
