Responsibilities
Improve operational workflows, line balancing, capacity planning and allocation of people and equipment. Analyze bottlenecks and performance gaps, create dashboards and KPIs, and deliver productivity improvements through the TechOps Full Potential program. Coordinate improvement projects across operations, maintenance, engineering, digital and support teams. Maintain project documentation, risk controls, safety and governance standards.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering, industrial engineering, operations management or a related discipline. Five to eight years of relevant experience in industrial, mining, technology or innovation environments. Experience in operational excellence, process optimization, capacity planning, cross functional projects and stakeholder coordination.
