Supervise construction activities for Urbacon Saudi Company at project sites in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Coordinate subcontractors, materials and equipment; monitor schedules and workmanship; oversee excavation and civil works; maintain attendance records; manage punch lists and enforce site safety procedures. Lead toolbox meetings and support HSE training and incident reporting.
Requirements
Engineering diploma or relevant technical certificates. At least eight years of work experience, including five years relevant experience; two years in the GCC is an advantage. Knowledge of construction specifications, equipment, hazard controls and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
