Responsibilities
Plan work and calculations, direct equipment setup and removal, coordinate equipment repair and preparation, support customer satisfaction and collect job data. Coach operators, cover Service Leader duties when required, lead safety meetings and maintain HSE and Halliburton Management System compliance.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, four years of relevant experience and completion of required competencies. Strong service line knowledge, communication, quality improvement and safety skills.
