NADEC Foods is looking for a Supervisor – Fleet to support safe, reliable and efficient fleet operations serving daily distribution activities.

The position is suitable for candidates with experience in fleet management, transportation, vehicle maintenance, logistics or distribution.

Position Summary

The Fleet Supervisor will oversee workshop and fleet-maintenance activities while helping ensure maximum vehicle availability.

The role will support preventive maintenance, vehicle reliability, cost control and the effective operation of company vehicles and refrigeration or cooling units where applicable.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Experience in fleet, transportation, logistics or vehicle maintenance.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to monitor vehicle availability and maintenance schedules.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Experience managing workshops or service providers would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of refrigerated or distribution vehicles is beneficial.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Logistics or a related field preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• English communication skills preferred.
