Clorox Abudawood is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist – MENA to support recruitment activities across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia.
The role is suitable for recruitment professionals with experience in talent acquisition, HR recruitment, sourcing or agency/in-house hiring who enjoy working closely with business leaders and hiring managers.
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate, commercial, operational and manufacturing functions.
The role will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams and business leaders to identify hiring needs, attract suitable candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
The position will also support recruitment requirements for manufacturing operations in Jeddah and Dammam.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate, commercial, operations and manufacturing roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Support recruitment activities for manufacturing sites in Jeddah and Dammam.
- Use sourcing platforms, market information and professional networks to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment activity and support achievement of hiring targets and business objectives.
Which profile are we looking for?
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources.
- Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions would be an advantage.
- Strong candidate-sourcing and talent-pipelining skills.
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good interviewing and candidate-assessment ability.
- Experience using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms or applicant-tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting within Saudi Arabia or the wider MENA region would be beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Arabic communication skills would be an advantage.
