Arla Foods is looking for a Merchandising Team Leader to lead merchandising activities across assigned retail outlets in Dammam.

The role is suitable for candidates with FMCG merchandising, retail or sales experience who enjoy supervising field teams and improving product visibility.

Position Summary

The Merchandising Team Leader will manage and support a team of merchandisers, helping ensure products are properly displayed, available and presented according to company standards.

The role involves managing merchandising routes, monitoring store execution, supporting promotions and maintaining strong coordination between merchandising, sales, marketing and logistics teams.

Which profile are we looking for?

• University degree or diploma.
• Around 3 years of FMCG merchandising or sales experience preferred.
• Experience supervising or coordinating field employees.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Understanding of retail merchandising and product displays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
