Saudi Air Navigation Services is looking for a Digital Service Assurance Section Head to support quality assurance, compliance and reliability across its digital platforms in Jeddah.
The role is suitable for candidates with experience in quality assurance, data quality, IT service assurance, digital governance or technology operations.
Position Summary
The Digital Service Assurance Section Head will help establish and maintain quality-assurance and compliance practices across digital services.
The role will support safe, secure and auditable digital releases and help ensure that technology services meet required quality and governance standards.
The position may also involve reviewing quality results, audit evidence and system-performance information to support business and risk-management decisions.
Which profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Data Quality Assurance.
- Experience in quality assurance, IT services or digital operations.
- Understanding of QA processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to review data, reports and quality indicators.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with digital platforms, IT governance or service management would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills.
