About the role

Prepare and coordinate technical and shop drawings, structural documentation and submittals with architectural and MEP teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce CAD plans and technical details from specifications and design requirements.
• Check and revise drawings for accuracy, codes and project compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design changes and resolve documentation conflicts.
• Guide junior draftsmen and maintain drawing archives, plotting and distribution schedules.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design; professional AutoCAD qualification is listed. Minimum 5 years of experience including 3 relevant years; 2 years of GCC exposure is an advantage. CAD, drawing review, construction quality and ERP knowledge, preferably SAP. The published skills section additionally requests financial analysis, budgeting, cost accounting, data analysis and financial communication capabilities.
