About the role

Lead coordinated BIM and virtual construction outputs to improve construction efficiency, documentation and cost performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage coordination meetings, model reviews and coordination sign offs with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit shop drawing level models and field drawing sheets.
• Support construction scheduling, material quantity calculations and crew planning.
• Resolve technical BIM issues and coordinate accurate, timely model delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering. At least 8 years of experience including 5 relevant years; 2 GCC years are an advantage. Strong Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, multidisciplinary engineering knowledge, team leadership and stakeholder communication. ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
