GDC Middle East is recruiting a Stock Control Depot Class I to IV VII and IX Supply Specialist in Saudi Arabia. Manage aviation warehouse inventory, supply chain processes and equipment support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory levels, parts orders, receipts, shipping, repair returns and ERP warehouse transactions.
• Prepare monthly reports and improve stock forecasting and material availability.
• Develop aviation logistics technicians, coordinate tool maintenance and calibration support, and maintain quality control procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; military training with an aviation background is preferred.
• At least eight years of experience directly involving aviation logistics.
• Knowledge of the US Army aviation logistics system, supply chain principles and aircraft maintenance support.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, effective communication and personnel development skills, and a valid driving licence.
• SharePoint proficiency is highly desirable; the employer lists a masters degree as preferred.
